RETURNS & EXCHANGES

COVID-19 UPDATE

Effective, November 1, 2020, we will no longer allow returns or exchanges to ensure quality health and the safety of our customers due to COVID-19. We thank you for your humble understanding regarding this matter. Please contact us at glamstudio5.0@gmail.com or  shop@befit.com for any questions or concerns.


Non-Refundable Items 

  • Makeup services( the date can rescheduled if done 48hrs in advanced)

  • Gift cards 

  • Accessories

  • BeFit and Glam & Fit Items

  • The Glam Closet Items

  • Clearance

 

REFUNDS
Refunds (in its original tender) will only be given for items received damaged or defective. If items were never received, proof from USPS must be provided in this event.

THE GLAM CLOSET
All Glam Closet Items are non-returnable. Additional photos of imperfections are available upon request. If you would like to cancel your order before shipment, you may do it free of charge. After the order ships, we will not be able to process any returns/exchanges after that point.


SALE ITEMS
Sale and clearance items are ineligible for returns at this time. 

GIFTS
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a store credit code will be emailed to you.  

SHIPPING
At this time, all return shipping is at the buyer's expense. If a refund is given, shipping costs will not be deducted. 


**Transit times vary. Please allow 5-7 business days for returns to reach our facility and any exchanges (if applicable) to be shipped back out to you.

**If you are shipping an item over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Unfortunately, we can't guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
